What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We support both large-scale infrastructure projects and smaller wholesale orders. However, we support trial orders for new customers to test our quality. Please contact our sales team for specific product MOQs and huge stock availability.
What Trade Terms (Incoterms) do you use?
We primarily operate under FOB,CIF terms depending on the client’s preference and destination.
Can I request custom sizes or specifications for my project?

What are your accepted Payment Terms?
We typically accept T/T 30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy / L/C at sight.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, we provide samples. Small stock samples are free, but the buyer covers international express costs. Customized samples may require a tooling fee.
Can you provide OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we have our own R&D team and can customize products according to your drawings or requirements.

Which surface treatment is best for high-corrosion environments?
For coastal or high-humidity areas, we recommend Hot Dip Galvanizing or PVC Coating. These treatments provide superior anti-corrosion protection and a 15-year warranty on many of our fencing products.

We offer a wide range of materials, including Carbon Steel, Aluminum Alloy, and various grades of Stainless Steel (304, 316, 316L).

ABX Metal is ISO and CE certified. We conduct rigorous quality checks, including tensile strength tests and zinc coating thickness measurements, to comply with global standards (such as ASTM or EN).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we provide global shipping services. We have extensive experience in export logistics for heavy industrial products like gabion walls and large wire mesh rolls.
What is your typical lead time for orders?
For standard wire mesh and metal fence products, our lead time is approximately 10 to 20 days. For customized orders or specific project requirements, the lead time will depend on the current production schedule and complexity.
How are the products packaged for long-distance transport?
All goods are packed in export-standard wooden cases / pallets / waterproof plastic film to ensure safety during long-distance sea or air freight.
Which loading port do you usually use for export?
As a China-based manufacturer, our nearest loading port is Tianjin Port, which provides efficient shipping routes for our international clients.
